Nishit Neema
Biography
Nishit is an Applied ML Researcher at Cerebras Systems, where he works on post-training and reinforcement learning for large language models. His work focuses on building systems that make AI models more capable, reliable, and efficient at solving complex, long-horizon agentic tasks using Reinforcement Learning.
Prior to joining Cerebras, Nishit completed his M.Tech. in Computer Science at IISc. During his time there, he worked at the Spectrum Lab, exploring generative models (specifically diffusion models) and faster inference.
