Biography
Saptarshi Mandal received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, in 2022. He then worked at CESC Ltd. for a year before joining Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, where he pursued an M.Tech in Signal Processing from 2023 to 2025 and conducted his research work at Spectrum Lab. During this period, he was awarded the Zeiss India Masters Fellowship. His research focused on image restoration and retinal OCT scan analysis. He is currently employed at Qualcomm as a Camera Systems Engineer, working on AI model deployment in camera pipelines.
